Description

Psychoanalytic/psychodynamic psychotherapy today encompasses a broad range of theoretical perspectives. As a multimodal institute, NPAP brings together this diversity of approaches. In this program, four discussants, each working from a different orientation, will respond to the same candidate’s case. The conversation will invite us to explore how clinical thinking comes alive in the consulting room and how it gives rise to the rich variety of ways we work.

Learning Objectives

After attending the presentation, participants will be able to:

Identify how different psychoanalytic/psychodynamic perspectives shape clinical material.
Explore how theoretical approaches influence clinical listening and ways of working.

CE Credits

2 CE contact hours will be granted to participants with documented attendance and complete evaluation form. It is the responsibility of the participants seeking CE credits to comply with these requirements. Upon completion, a Certificate of Attendance will be emailed to all participants.
